Me as an eye witness

Almost every month theres a kid that gets bullied and 75% of the time its the same person. Forget that its all the time and everytime i try to help the bully and the victim become friends again and it keeps going over and over and over until your at the point where you want to take responsibilty. But i cant because i could get a suspension and people would look at me differently.
