How to stop bullying

I was bullied from 7th-10th grade.
One day in School my bully asked me. What would u do if I hit u. I told her. I would get the number to dail out on teachers phone and call Police on her. She didnt bother me again. My parents and sisters bully me too everyday. I see a counselor for that.
